The MAYBANKC1J is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 17 April 2023, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 19 May 2023, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 23 August 2023, the Third Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 27 October 2023, the Fourth Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 1 December 2023 and the Term Sheet for the MAYBANKC1J dated 23 January 2024.
