Pursuant to Rule 10.09(1)(a) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Master Tec Wire & Cable Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of MTG, had in the ordinary course of business entered into recurrent related party transactions (“RRPT”) of a revenue or trading nature, which the aggregate value of RRPTs for the period from 29 January 2024 to 12 April 2024 had exceeded RM1 million and 1% of the net assets of MTG.
The cumulative aggregate ratio for the period from 29 January 2024 to 12 April 2024 is 1.48%.
