Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 22 April 2024 on the JVCo entered with AS in relation to the Joint Venture between the Parties. Unless otherwise defined, the terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the earlier announcement.
Further, the following paragraph shall be added in the attachment to the said announcement:
SOURCE OF FUNDING
ITV 50% investment in the JVCo of USD250,000 shall be funded by IRIS from its internally generated funds. Any future funding requirement for investment in the JVCo shall be determined at a later stage.
