The proposed declaration of a Final Single-Tier Dividend of 2.00 sen per ordinary share total amounting to RM10,920,924.34 in respect of the financial year ended 31st December 2023 is subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Fifty-Second Annual General Meeting of Ibraco Berhad scheduled on 24th May 2024.
