On behalf of the Offeror, Maybank IB wishes to announce that the closing date of the Offer has been extended from 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Tuesday, 30 April 2024 to 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Monday, 20 May 2024 (“Final Closing Date”). Save for the Final Closing Date, all other details, terms and conditions of the Offer as set out in the Offer Document remain unchanged. A notice of the said extension will be posted to the Holders accordingly.
