Unless stated otherwise, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Litigation.
We refer to the earlier announcements dated 2 August 2023, 4 August 2023 and 9 November 2023 in relation to the Litigation.
The Board wishes to announce that on 25 April 2024, the High Court had dismissed:-
(i) the Committal Application filed by the Plaintiffs; and (ii) the application to set aside the ex-parte order granting the Plaintiffs leave to initiate Committal Proceedings against Edelteq Ventures Sdn. Bhd. (“EVSB”), Mr. Chin Yong Keong, Mr. Khong Chee Seong and Mr. Ang Shi Jie’s (collectively known as “Respondents”) filed by the Respondents.
Both applications were dismissed with no order as to costs.
The Company will make the necessary announcement(s) once there are further material development(s) of the above matter.
