We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 29 April 2024, in respect of the aforesaid matter.
In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

1) The estimated potential liability to HHRG Berhad (“HHRG”) and its subsidiaries (“Group”) arising from the Material Litigation. 
2) A confirmation as to whether HK Gua Musang Sdn Bhd, Fibre Star (M) Sdn Bhd, and/or HK Kitaran Sdn Bhd are major subsidiaries of HHRG. 
3) The financial and operational impact of the Material Litigation to the Group.
