1. ^Award under the RUP is a deferred award and will be vested equally over a 2-year period, with 50% of the Award to be released in March 2025 and the remaining in March 2026. 2. *Award under the PUP is a contingent award. The final number of units to be released will depend on the achievement of pre-determined targets over a 3-year performance period. The release will be made partly in the form of units and partly in the form of cash. No units will be released if the threshold targets are not met at the end of the performance period. On the other hand, if the superior targets are exceeded, more units than the baseline award could be delivered up to a maximum of 200% of the baseline award. 3.
