in any business transaction, there would be both cash and non cash considerations. Even with discount from the market price, that doesn't mean the existing owners are disposing with losses as their entry price would be much lower. the ipo back in 2019 was 0.16. now they are disposing in big block at 0.25. Question now is why this new owner is acquiring and why the existing two bosses willing to dispose to him? what do they get in return for giving this new owner some discount?
