(1) At 0.365, the div yield is ~ 4.6%. The lower it is from 0.365, the higher yield it is; easy decision. (2) The cash flow provided from div for the last 3 fiscal years ~0.4 cents. Your actual avg should be around ~0.38. No rush to add if it is higher than 0.38 :) (3) 0.37+/- has always been the strong resistance since 2022 and becoming a strong support starting 2024. Any healthy throwback near to the range will be meeting the earlier 2 conditions. Just my personal opinions, could be wrong. Hope it helps.
