wah Nick, your KFC is expensive ooh. you are sitting on top of more than 10% paper gain. more than enough for KFC.
It will be nice to have the two gaming facilities' renovation to be completed by then too :)
The batang kali-genting highland road will be reopened back to the public by 1st of July, tim foo.
tak kan sampai 70 sen je? boleh pi jauh lagi tu. air tenang jauh dalam
yeah, goes a long way towards "doing nothing" while waiting for scalable growth; helps to keep emotions at bay.
abang's friends buying? Or foreign institutions continue to buy? I have seen at least two counters with increased foreign shareholdings; Cnergen and QES :) Make sense for them to do so since US stocks are at the high side while tech stocks in Malaysia offers pretty decent returns to ride the recovery.
you are welcome, DJ and gor :) I will not rush it if I am you, DJ. You are still getting pretty decent yield with your avg of 0.42. I will wait for Mr Market's quotation of 0.365 and below to add. (1) At 0.365, the div yield is ~ 4.6%. The lower it is from 0.365, the higher yield it is; easy decision. (2) The cash flow provided from div for the last 3 fiscal years ~0.4 cents. Your actual avg should be around ~0.38. No rush to add if it is higher than 0.38 :) (3) 0.37+/- has always been the strong resistance since 2022 and becoming a strong support starting 2024. Any healthy throwback near to the range will be meeting the earlier 2 conditions. Just my personal opinions, could be wrong. Hope it helps.
You can use the link above to assist your decision making in the future, dawscpJ. So far so good and keeps getting higher which means banks will be busy. As for cheques, 7 years contributions from Maybank starting from 2024; 15M per year. New revenue segments are still work in progress and we just have to monitor the scalability :)
